Stress and emotions aren’t always easy to notice in the moment. They can hide in your body and your energy field, your (aura), quietly accumulating over time.
Emotions are powerful. When you experience trauma, grief, or intense stress, your aura absorbs and carries those feelings. Normally, your energy field can process and release them naturally. But when it becomes overloaded, usually around six months after a traumatic event, those emotions can start showing up in your physical body as tension, aches, headaches, digestive issues, or other unexplained symptoms.
You might notice:
Muscle tightness or aches that don’t seem to have a cause
Fatigue that sleep alone doesn’t fix
Feeling “wired but tired” at the same time
Difficulty focusing or feeling grounded
An emotional heaviness or irritability
Headaches or migraines that seem to come out of nowhere
Difficulty concentrating, feeling “foggy,” or emotionally drained
A sense of heaviness or restlessness
This is your body and your aura’s way of signalling that it’s holding more than it can safely manage. When we ignore these signals, our body adapts. But adaptation isn’t the same as relief.
“I’m holding too much. I need support.”
Your body is always communicating. Learning to listen, and supporting it gently, allows your energy and emotions to move, helping you feel grounded, balanced, and alive again.
This is where gentle healing comes in. Reiki, sound therapy, and energy work help by supporting your energy field to release the emotions that are trapped, giving your body a chance to recover and restore balance. When the aura is cleared and energy flows more freely, physical tension often eases and clarity returns.
It’s not about forcing change.
It’s about giving your body permission to let go.
And when that happens, your body, mind, and spirit begin to feel lighter, and more like you again.
