Today I came across a great ebook called The Epsilon Handbook. An unconventional new guidebook explains the true significance of this time and reveals what the coming changes may mean for you. This book has been channelled by Thea and edited by Julian D. Gaynor .This message is channeled from beyond our plane. It is an urgent communication from a collection of guides who exist on a non-physical level. It is the cosmic equivalent of a wake-up call.

I can’t wait to get started reading so I will leave you now to check it out yourself. I will write a review once I have finished it but in the mean time why not take a look for yourself.

Sage for Cleansing

I have been clearing my homes and environment for many years now on a regular basis. I generally smudge using Dried Sage. This can leave your home with a not so nice smell of smoke however it is a great way of clearing away the negative energy, cleansing a home can also be done spiritually in person or by distance. This negative energy builds up over time and can cause tension and emotion within the home. It can be shifted on a daily basis by burning Incense, listening to uplifting music, filling the home with fresh flowers or plants or burning essential oils.

When we are surrounded by a build up of negative energy things can start to go wrong or we just don’t feel right. We tend to not want to go home or feel uncomfortable while at home. We pick up energies from our work environments also and carry that negative energies into our homes. We really need to keep ourselves and our homes clear of negativity by using essential oils or Incense on a daily basis.

Changes in the world can cause a build up of energy as well as the phases of the moon. Have you noticed that when the moon is full things can feel a little tense. Once we understand these energies we can work with them and use them to our advantage. Clearing on a regular basis can help us to make way for an amazing and abundant fun filled life.

A Message To Your World

Well I have been connected to many spirit guides and teachers from other realms since a child but never have the messages been so clear as to what I am receiving in this time of change. I am not sure of the messenger however this came through last week. Seems appropriate with me writing my book on energy at the moment and nearing the finish. Here is your message.

I come from other world to teach you love, to live in connection with all and one forever. You are not too different you and I as we are all one from source. We are divine and interconnected with the mass consciousness of a unique time in your earths history. People are waking up in masses and feeling the thread of connection to all time, space and matter. Your race needs to learn the art of forgiveness and compassion to move into a time of growth for humanity. Mother earth needs all to come together for healing, she aches for a time of peace and love, a time of nurturing for all. We must share our love with the world for it is through the giving of love we become what we are.

As we all see the need for healing and love to be circulated please show compassion to others and love everyone regardless of who they are.

Abraham – Hicks A New Beginning

For many years now I have been following the work of Jerry and Ester Hicks. Their teachings from Abraham have changed many lives. Today Ester released the following note about the passing of her beloved Jerry.

Dear, dear Friends,

Our sweet Jerry made his transition into Nonphysical last Friday. How sweet the Vortex is feeling to him today!

Jerry said to me when we came together over 30 years ago that given the difference in our ages that it was likely “that I will cut out on you early,” to which I replied, “I don’t mind.” His joy of life and continual new discovery of purpose kept his life feeling fresh and we shared such joyous eagerness for life.

Over the years, Abraham has consistently insisted that there is no death. Again and again they have reminded us that there is only life and more life and more life. It has taken me some time to understand this, and I honestly must say I have not yet fully come to terms with it, but I do believe that in what we are calling Jerry’s death he is discovering the next logical step of life that Abraham has always been talking about. And at times I am catching a glimpse of the bigness of what Jerry is feeling and while I am still pretty mad at him for not sticking around longer to surprise and delight me in all the ways he has been doing throughout our 30 years together I accept fully that the next logical step of joyous life for Jerry was to be found in his re-emergence into Nonphysical.

Since 1985 it has been Jerry and Esther and Abraham and I believe with everything that I am that that has not changed. I know that Jerry will continue to be the third powerful point of the triad of Energy that makes up the Abraham experience and I am certain that his new vantage point will be, as it has always been, of advantage to us all.

I know for sure that Jerry will help me, in time, release my own personal resistance to physical death, because I will not be able to maintain that resistance and also play easily with him. And my desire to continue not only my Abraham experience but also my Jerry experience I am certain he will be the catalyst to help me do what Abraham has been trying to help us all do all along.

Once again, Jerry is out there leading the way for me. But the difference this time is that I must find the way. I am not there yet, but it is my absolute promise to myself that I will find the way, because it is the most natural thing in the world to do and because Jerry has provided for me the reason to do it.

I am eager about what is ahead and while I cannot begin to explain or even imagine the details of how it is all going to play out, I am certain that it will be fun.

I am such a fortunate girl, to have been able to play with Jerry and Abraham and all of you for so many wonderful years and I am so eager to continue doing more of the same for many more years to come. I feel certain right now that not only has nothing gone wrong, but things are going especially right. It will be different, for sure, but it will also be very, very good.

I’m feeling such love for you all, and for Abraham and most of all for Jerry. And as I have said to him a thousand or more times through the years, “Well isn’t life just a kick in the pants?”

Natures Oils

My love of oils started many many years ago as a teenager. I discovered tea tree oil as a great skin cleanser for acne and problem skin. From there I started learning about the beautiful gifts we have from nature that allow our bodies to heal and restore. The more I researched, the more I became intrigued by these gorgeous essential oils that we are provided with from the amazing earth. Flowers, trees and plants all produce these amazing oils that can transform our lives.

As time progressed I completed aromatherapy courses to expand my knowledge and started making remedies for different problems. I have made many bottles of head lice remedies for friends over the years as their children picked them up at school. I haved decided to share some of my remedies with my readers with the hope that they will help you so stay tuned and keep reading as you never know what you will find here at Harmony Inspirations as we teach you how to raise your energies and keep your body, mind and spirit clear of negative vibrations. I will also share with you all the tools and tips that I use to keep my energies high.

Just Push

Today one of my friends posted this on my Facebook wall and I just wanted to share it with everybody to uplift and inspire you to never give up.. blessings and light.

You just got to push!
A man was sleeping one night in his cabin when suddenly his room filled with light,
and God appeared. The Lord told the man he had work for him to do, and showed
him a large rock in front of his cabin. The Lord explained that the man was to Push
against the rock with all his might…
…
So, this the man did, day after day. For many years he toiled from sunup to sundown,
his shoulders set squarely against the cold, massive surface of the unmoving rock, pushing with all his might!

Each night the man returned to his cabin sore and worn out, Feeling that his whole day
had been spent in vain. Since the man was showing discouragement, the Adversary
(Satan) decided to enter the picture by placing thoughts into the weary mind: (He will do it every time)!

You have been pushing against that rock for a long time and it hasn’t moved.” Thus,
he gave the man the impression that the task was impossible and that he was a failure.
These thoughts discouraged and disheartened the man.

Satan said, “Why kill yourself over this? Just put in your time, giving just the minimum effort;
and that will be good enough.”That’s what the weary man planned to do, but decided to make
it a matter of Prayer and to take his troubled thoughts to The Lord.

“Lord,” he said, “I have labored long and hard in Your Service, putting all my strength to
do that which you have asked. Yet, after all this time, I have not even budged that rock by half a millimeter.

What is wrong? Why am I failing?”

The Lord responded compassionately, “My friend, when I asked you to serve
Me and you accepted, I told you that your task was to push against the rock with
all of your strength, which you have done .

Never once did I mention to you that I expected you to move it. Your task was to push.
And now you come to Me with your strength spent, thinking that you have failed.

But, is that really so? Look at yourself. Your arms are strong and muscled, your back
shiny and brown; your hands are callused from constant pressure, your legs have become massive and hard.

Through opposition you have grown much, and your abilities now surpass that which you used to have.
True, you haven’t moved the rock. But your calling was to be Obedient and to push and to exercise your
Faith and trust in My Wisdom. That you have done. Now I, my friend, will move the rock.”

At times, when we hear a word from God, we tend to use our own intellect
to decipher what He Wants, when actually what God wants is just simple obedience and faith in Him.

By all means, exercise the Faith that moves mountains, but know that It is still God Who moves The Mountains.

When everything seems to go wrong…………………..Just P.U.S.H.
When the job gets you down……………………..……..Just P.U.S.H.
When people don’t do as you think they should……..Just P.U.S.H.
When your money is “gone” and the bills are due…..Just P.U.S.H.
When people just don’t understand you ………………..Just P.U.S.H.

P = Pray

U = Until

S = Something

H = Happens

Pass this on to all your loved ones and friends who may need it; they may get it just in time.

Thought Energy

After working as a healer for much of my adult life. I have been aware of energy and been sharing my experiences for many years however, it is only in recent times since the release of The Secret movie that many more people are changing their lives with the power of thought.

Thoughts are things and what we concentrate our thoughts on becomes things within our lives. This means that when we think thoughts of lack and worry that is what we produce in our lives. We really need to concentrate on the things we want and desire and not the negative things. Below is a section taken from The Secret however this is a section that was cut from the movie. Karma

It is funny I have come across many people recently that make reference to Karma. In conversation they are saying how someone has done wrong by them and that oh well Karma will get them. I sometimes look at them and wonder why they only think that Karma is only connected to the things we do, many people don’t actually realize that Karma is reflected in everything, Our thoughts, our words and our doings. Everything comes back to us whether good or bad. As you sow so shall you reap. Every little negative word you speak about another will come back to you. Every nasty or horrible thought you have about another will boomerang back to you.

I try to see the good in others and then I will only reflect good things towards people. It is hard sometimes when you are in an environment that has negative people around you because it is so very easy to get caught up in he said, she said situations.

Don’t allow negative people to reel you into their manipulative ways, eventually what they give out will come back to them. Instead try to see the light that shines within them. They are a universal being and part of the consciousness of the universe, their light may be dim as they have been drawn into the negative aspect of themself but it is there, somewhere deep within. Look for the light within each person and you will always shine your light on others as it grows stronger day by day.

Remember Karma is reflected in all we do good or bad…….

Clear Your Energy.

It is so important for us to clear our energy on a daily basis. As we go about our day dropping kids off, doing shopping, visiting friends, going to work we come across so many different people with different energies. We pick up on how they are feeling and sometimes can take it on board adding to our own stresses. If we don’t clear our energy fields on a regular basis this build up of other energies can make us tired, stressed, depressed and even make us sick. Our energy fields are the most precious part of our being and if they are protected continually then we will be healthy, vibrant and alive. We will glow and in turn help others to heal without even realizing as their negativity will be unable to affect us. A great way to clear your energy each day is to watch the short video to the right. It is an energy clearing video so just say the words as they come on the screen.

Welcome to the new home of Harmony Inspirations, where Harmony brings Inspiration to your life in it’s purest form.. I am an Author, Healer & Energy worker and would like to share my love for helping people with you. As a child I was always aware of the energy change in environments when different people were around and could tell what people were thinking. For many years I shut this gift out but in recent years with a lot of changes happening in my life and what I strongly believe to be divine guidance, I have now started living my journey as it was meant to be. My desire to help you clear away the binds that hold you back and clear your energy to live your purpose.

My advice to you today is to live by the 3 L’s
